Any cylinder/canister must be cut in 2 or there is a charge of $50.00 per cylinder/canister. This charge is assessed by the mill, we are passing on this cost.

Note: 35 and 55 gallon drums must be cut in half and dry of any fluids. Oil and fuel tanks must have a 12″ square hole cut-out for inspection and must be free of any fluids. Appliances must have all freon removed.
